Attorney Barry S. Rothschild, Associate, New England Subrogation

Attorney Rothschild is a graduate of Tufts University in Medford, MA (B.A., 2010) and Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA (J.D., 2013). His practice focuses on subrogation cases involving issues of auto accidents, products liability, PIP/MEDPAY, uninsured/underinsured, breach of contract, and claims against municipal, state, and federal entities.

Prior to joining Parenteau & O'Hara, P.C. in July 2017, Attorney Rothschild was an associate at a law firm in Massachusetts and New York, where he focused on public utilities litigation. While in law school Attorney Rothschild served as a judicial intern with the Honorable Judith C. Cutler and Honorable Gordon H. Piper at the Massachusetts Land Court Department.

Attorney Rothschild has experience in civil litigation matters from initial review, drafting complaints, discovery and depositions, and trials. He also has extensive experience in post-judgment enforcement practice.
