Diana D. O'Hara
Partner
With over 26 years of trial practice experience, Diana D. O’Hara is a seasoned attorney licensed to practice law in nine states across the East Coast. She has dedicated her career to litigation, subrogation, and legal education, bringing an extensive background in civil law to her clients.
Before transitioning to private practice, Diana served as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, where she gained invaluable courtroom experience prosecuting a wide range of cases. Her time as a prosecutor honed her litigation skills, providing her with a unique perspective that now benefits her clients in insurance-related claims and subrogation matters.
For the last several years, Diana has represented numerous national insurance companies, handling complex subrogation cases involving auto, products liability, construction defects, fires, floods, workers’ compensation, and trucking accidents. She has appeared in both state and federal courts, advocating for her clients with a strategic and results-driven approach.
Diana has been an active member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), previously serving as co-chair of the New England Chapter. She played a key role in organizing educational events, including the chapter’s live auto burn in 2013 and live structure burn in 2014. She has also been a featured speaker at various conferences nationwide, presenting on critical subrogation topics.
Diana is also an active member of the Women’s Bar Association in Massachusetts and has lectured at the New England Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units annual seminar.
Her extensive litigation background, coupled with her passion for legal education and mentorship, makes Diana D. O’Hara a formidable advocate and a dedicated mentor in the legal community. Beyond the courtroom, Diana finds fulfillment in teaching law students and helping them prepare for the bar exam, shaping the next generation of legal professionals. When she’s not immersed in the law, she enjoys summering at Lake Winnipesaukee and reading a great book.

Diana is an active member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP).
