Attorney Diana D. O'Hara, New England Subrogation

An attorney with 15 years of trial practice experience, Diana has focused on all aspects of insurance related claims and criminal prosecutions. She has practiced in all state trial courts, as well as federal courts.

Prior to becoming a civil trial attorney handling insurance related matters, Diana was an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

For the last several years, Diana has handled subrogation matters for numerous national insurance companies.

She has extensive experience handling auto, products liability, construction defect, fires, floods, workers' compensation, actions against municipalities, state and federal agencies, building collapses, boiler, electrical failures, grill malfunctions, auto manufacturing defects, PIP/MEDPAY, trucking accidents, license suspensions, and marine claims.

Educational Activities & Presentations

Diana is an active member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). She has assisted in organizing educational seminars for the New England Chapter of NASP including its live auto burn in 2013, and its live structure burn in 2014. She is currently co-chair of the New England Chapter of NASP.

Diana has been a lecturer at the New England Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units annual seminar and is a tutor aiding students prepare to take the Massachusetts Bar Examination. She is also an active member of the Women's Bar Association in Massachusetts.
